The Pakistani government has announced new fuel prices effective from November 16 to November 30, 2025. Diesel prices will increase by six rupees per litre, while petrol prices will remain unchanged during this period.

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) issued an official notification confirming these adjustments. Petrol will maintain its current price of Rs265.45 per litre, while diesel will rise to Rs284.40 per litre.

The price revision also affects other essential petroleum products. Kerosene oil becomes more expensive by Rs3.34 per litre, increasing from Rs181.71 to Rs185.05 per litre.

Light diesel oil sees a smaller increase of Rs1.22 per litre. The new price becomes Rs163.98 per litre, up from the previous rate of Rs162.76 per litre.

This announcement follows earlier price adjustments that took effect from November 1 to November 15. During that period, both petrol and diesel prices had increased.

Petrol rose by Rs2.43 per litre to reach the current Rs265.45 rate. Diesel increased by Rs3.02 per litre to reach Rs278.44 per litre during the first half of November. Officials explained that these regular fuel price revisions respond to fluctuations in global oil markets. The adjustments aim to align domestic fuel costs with international pricing trends.

The government encourages consumers to stay informed about updated fuel prices. This knowledge helps people plan their fuel usage and manage transportation budgets effectively.
