Islamabad: Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid has categorically stated that no compromise will be made on ongoing Karachi operation against miscreants.
Talking to media here Thursday, Rashid made it clear that the Karachi operation is not against any political party, adding that this operation is only against criminal elements.
The Information Minister said, “Crime and politics are two separate things.” It is the basic right of voters to live in peace.
Commenting on Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) resignations, Pervaiz Rashid said, “The issue of MQM resignations is a political matter.”
He stated that Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah did not believe on politics of power.
