Federal Minister for Climate Change and PML (N) leader Mushahidullah Khan has take a U-turn with a strange logic that the statement made to BBC was not official.
Mushahidullah talking to a local news channel, he said, “I heard such things from a host of people including Javed Hashmi and some noted TV anchorpersons who he cannot disclose on air. People told me things like these.”

He said there is nothing new in these claims, “not intrinsically my claims” regarding former Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) chief Lt. Gen Zaheerul Islam Abbasi, adding he just said what he heard from different mouths.
“I just responded the interviewer’s question as to what reports I was receiving then during sit-in protests last year. These were the rumors in the air those days,”
He complained, “All these things, which were mere words of mouths and not basically a part of any information, have been attributed to me. Thus, a controversy has been stoked against me.
