Five Muahfiz force personnel were arrested in Karachi’s S.I.T.E area on Thursday for robbing citizens.
According to details, a citizen named Khursheed filed an application in S.I.T.E area police station blaming some police personnel of robbing him of cash. The relevant officer in police station reached the spot and arrested five police personnel namely Taj Muhammad, Mehboob Ali, Tanveer Ejaz and Mohabbat were robbing ordinary citizens by stopping them for a body search.
Looted money was recovered and a criminal case was registered against the arrested officers.
The incident took place on Ghani Chowrangi.
