Met Department forecasts rain for Sindh, Balochistan

Islamabad: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast rain in parts of Sindh and Balochistan during next 24 hours.

The PMD said a seasonal low lies over Balochistan and its adjoining areas that is likely to cause rain-thundershower with gusty winds at isolated places in Sindh’s Mirpurkhas division and Kalat division of Balochistan.

It said very hot and humid weather is expected in most plain areas of the country.

Very hot and humid weather is expected in most plain areas of the country. However, rain-thundershower with gusty winds is expected at isolated places in Mirpurkhas, Hyderabad, Kalat divisions and Kashmir.

Weather last 24 hrs: Weather remained hot and humid in most parts of the country.

Rainfall during last 24 hrs: Chhor 03 (Tharparkar), Lasbella Trace.

Hottest places last 24 hrs: Dadu, Sibbi, R.Y.Khan, Turbat, Noorpur Thal, Nokkundi 44°C, Bhakkar, Kot addu, Moenjodaro, Sukkur, Jacobabad, Bahawalnagar, Larkana, Dalbandin 43°C.
