Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has finalized the interviews for the appointment of Vice-Chancellors at nine universities across the province.
During the selection process, 11 candidates were considered for these key educational roles, with two candidates for positions at Government College University and the University of Narowal—not being approved by the Chief Minister.
The successful candidates will lead major institutions such as Punjab University Lahore, University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, UET Taxila, and Khwaja Fareed University Rahim Yar Khan. Official notifications of these appointments are expected to be issued shortly.
