After the brazen terrorist assault on the Karachi airport, authorities have put security on ‘red alert’ at Islamabad and Lahore airports as well.
During a search operation in Rawalpindi, police have arrested over 100 suspects, sources said.
According to sources, extra contingents have been called at Islamabad’s Benazir Bhutto International Airport, with enhanced snap checking of vehicles at entry point of the airport.
Only passengers are being allowed to enter, officials said.
