On Monday morning three gunmen entered the court premises of sector F8 and opened fire. The terrorists also used hand grandees, killing six people and injuring more than 30 others, including lawyers and a judge.
Commandos of anti-terrorism unit of the Islamabad police rushed to the scene and exchanged fire with the terrorists.
The Injured have been taken to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) for treatment.
