Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has given a call to entire Pakistan to attend the sit-in in Islamabad on November 30. He said that he will not leave the container without Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s resignation. “I will continue standing for human rights in Islamabad sit-in”, he claimed.
Addressing the PTI gathering today (Friday) at Zahoor Elahi Stadium in Gujrat, Imran Khan said that PM Nawaz Sharif and Opposition Leader in National Assembly Syed Khurshid Shah should not even think that the sit-in will end without PM’s resignation. He said that Nawaz Sharif is not resigning because he has started several projects in which he is going to get commission but PTI will not end the sit-in without resignation.
Imran Khan invited people from all parts of Pakistan to arrive in Islamabad on November 30 because the time for change has come. He said that every Pakistani will be raising ‘GoNawazGo’ slogans on November 30. “No matter how many containers Nawaz Sharif deploys on November 30, every Pakistani will arrive in Islamabad”, he said.
Thanking the people of Gujrat for a warm welcome and attendance in the rally, Imran Khan said that he could see a New Pakistan rising out of this Gujrat rally. He expressed grief over the suicide attack on Jamiat Ulema Islam – Fazal (JUI-F) leader Maulana Fazalur Rehman but said that he was really hurt by the words that JUI-F leader used for Pakistani women. “We talk of Iqbal’s Pakistan and Islam. Is that Western civilization”, asked Imran. He said that PTI wants women to contribute in national progress.
Thanking Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri and his followers for supporting the cause of PTI in Islamabad sit-in, Chairman PTI said that he can never forget their contribution. He said that PAT workers staged a very long sit-in along with him.
