Ministry of Interior Wednesday allowed disapproved International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) to continue work till final decision is taken on their appeals.
Minister for Interior, Prof Ahsan Iqbal has issued order in this regard keeping in view present operational affairs of INGOs and country’s image at international level, a statement issued here said.
It is mentioned here that the INGOs are entitled to appeal within 90 days after disapproval of their registration.
If the appeal is rejected, the INGOs will have to leave the country within 60 days. (APP)
