Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif has left for North Waziristan Agency (NWA) to celebrate Eid with the troops participating in Operation Zarb-e-Azb.
Maj Gen Asim Saleem Bajwa, DG Inter-Services Public Relations, in a tweet posted Monday morning said, “ZarbeAzb: Eid day on front lines, with own troops. Army Chief, Gen Raheel Sharif just left for Waziristan”,
According to sources, Gen Shairf will stay overnight in Miranshah.
