The CID police on Friday have arrested two masterminds of the Karsaz tragedy.
According to details, CID police in a raid in Shah Lateef Town arrested two members of the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), who were involved in blasts at PPP rally at Karsaz in 2007 and in the assassination of Bilal Sheikh, security in-charge of the former President Asif Ali Zardari.
He added that during investigation arrested miscreants confessed their involvement in some high-profile murders and terrorism activities.
Bajwa further stated that special teams of the CID police have been constituted to conduct raids in different areas, in search of some other accomplices of the arrested terrorists.
