Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) issued show-cause notice to Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Syed Qaim Ali Shah and provincial minister Manzoor Wasaan over negligence in famine-hit Tharkarpar.
According to Bilawal House spokesperson, the notice was issued on directives of the PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari (BBZ).
The spokesman said that written replies have been sought from both the party leaders.
The spokesperson said “We reject Manzoor Wasaan’s premature and in comprehensive report over Thar situation,”
The spokesperson furtehr added that “Bilawal is reviewing the situation of famine-hit Thar and he is also supervising the probe into deaths in the desert region of Sindh”
