Ashley St Clair’s eviction claims have drawn fresh attention as the conservative influencer continues a legal dispute with Elon Musk.
St. Clair says she faces financial strain while raising her son, Romulus. She has linked the child’s paternity to Musk since his birth in 2024.
St. Clair claimed she was “getting evicted” from a Manhattan apartment. However, it also says no public record has confirmed a completed eviction.
St. Clair has accused Musk of cutting financial support. Musk has disputed parts of her account and says he has provided major support payments.

The dispute also includes custody claims in New York. Separately, St. Clair has sued xAI over alleged explicit deepfake images linked to Grok.
xAI has pushed back through related legal claims. Musk has not publicly answered every detail of St. Clair’s latest claims. The broader case remains private, contested and partly unresolved.
