Film actress, model Nisha Malik, was found dead in her home at Iqbal Town, Lahore on Friday.
According to initial reports, Police were not informed about the death until they were contacted by hospital administration.
Cause of the death was not immediately known, but police said further details would be made public after post-mortem report is released.
However, the family of the actress claimed that Nisha had committed suicide.
The local news channel, ‘Geo News’, Malik had entered the fashion industry eight months ago and was set to appear in the upcoming movie ‘Best of Luck’.
