At least six militants were killed in a ground offensive in Khyber Agency on Sunday.
According to sources, the fighting started after militants attacked Ghundi checkpoint in the tribal district bordering Afghanistan.
The official further said “At least six militants were killed in the gunfight and the attacking militants were forced to flee”
According to AFP “A group of about 30 militants attacked the Ghundi Check-post early Sunday, but security forces had prior information about it and were well prepared”
