Three people were killed when an explosion took place on a passenger van on Alam Bridge
According to details, the passenger van was on its way to Haramosh from Gilgit that a blast occurred in it near Alam Bridge.
Rescue teams immediately rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to District Head Quarters (DHQ) Hospital, while the dead bodies were taken into custody by the police
Over a dozen people, including three women, have been injured. A police official said the bomb was planted in the vehicle.
Meanwhile, the chief minister of Gilgit-Baltistan has declared an emergency in the city’s hospitals.
