The National Assembly (NA) will resume its session today (Monday) to pass the 21st Constitutional Amendment Bill to provide constitutional cover to the military-led speedy trial courts (STCs) in terrorism-related cases.
The Bill seeking Amendment in the Constitution would be repealed after two years. The National Assembly is also expected to approve a bill to amend the Pakistan Army Act as well.
