US stock futures edged lower on Sunday night after a positive week on Wall Street, while higher oil prices added pressure to early trading.
Dow Jones Industrial Average futures fell 97 points, or 0.2%. S&P 500 futures and Nasdaq-100 futures also declined 0.2%.
Meanwhile, Brent crude rose more than 1% to $105.86 per barrel. West Texas Intermediate futures gained around 1% to $93.20 per barrel. Wall Street had finished the previous week higher.
The Dow gained 0.3%, ending a three-week losing run. The S&P 500 advanced 1.2%, while the Nasdaq Composite climbed 2.1%. Both recorded their strongest weekly performances since early August.

Technology stocks drove much of the rise. Meta Platforms gained nearly 13%, while Microsoft climbed more than 4%. Apple and Nvidia each advanced more than 1%.
However, Treasury yields continued to pressure markets. The benchmark 10-year Treasury yield reached its highest level since 2007, while the 30-year yield climbed to a level last seen in 2004. Investors now turn to a series of US economic releases.

The August personal consumption expenditure price index is due on Wednesday. US manufacturing figures follow on Thursday, while the September jobs report is scheduled for Friday.
