At least two people including a worker of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) were killed overnight and two others injured in different areas of Karachi, Tuesday.
Target killers on a motorcycle opened fired at MQM activist Amir and Naveed in Nazimabad area of Paposh near Khilafat Chowk. They were taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital; however, Amir succumbed to injuries on the way.
A dead body of a 55-year man was recovered from Sohrab Goth. He was identified as Abdul Qadir. Police transported his body to hospital morgue.
In a firing incident in Manghopir, an unknown person sustained gunshot injuries.
