A two-member bench of the Sindh High Court will take up today former president Pervez Musharraf’s application seeking removal of his name from government’s Exit Control List (ECL).
Admitting the plea for hearing, the court has issued notices to Attorney General of Pakistan, FIA representatives and others to before the bench.
The plea was filed on behalf of the former president on Monday seeking permission for him to fly to Dubai to get heart treatment and visit his ailing mother
