Bannu: Special Police Unit Bannu has apprehended seven terrorists and seized explosives from their possession during two different actions.
In a statement, Special Police Unit said the first action was carried out within the limits of Miryan police station and a terrorist identified as Sadaqatullah was nabbed. Police seized three kilograms of explosives from his custody.
He is member of a banned outfit and hails from Badaber area of Peshawar, police said.
In a separate action in Perokhel area, six terrorists were apprehended from an under-construction house. The militants were identified as Abid, Shams-ur-Rehman, Anwar Kamal, Safdar Iqbal, Mansoor and Qudratullah.
Police seized 2kg explosives, detonators, two pistols and a Kalashnikov from their custody.
