Rangers demand MQM to hand over 187 target killers

Sindh Rangers have  seeked Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Farooq Sattar to handover 187 target killers.

Spokesman for Rangers said that the list includes names and details of those target killers that are involved in the killing of 208 police officials following the Karachi operation in 90s.

The letter enlisted the names of the target killers, of which 119 accused killed at least one policeman each, 47 suspects killed two policemen each while a target killer named Faisal was involved in killing 5 personnel.

The letter says that the 187 suspects belonging to MQM’s militant wing have various FIRs lodged against them.

The letter has been written by Lt Colonel Hassan Akhtar of Rangers and sent to MQM Headquarters Nine Zero, addressed to Farooq Sattar.

It has also been CCed to Sindh Chief Minister Secretariat, Secretary Sindh Home Department, IG Sindh Police, and AIG Sindh Police.

The names of the suspects included, Ahmed aka Bhoora,Manzoor aka Bakra, Nadeem aka Mani, Qamarul Salam aka Tari, Rafiq aka Babli, Rehan aka Kana, Saeed aka Dancer, Shahid aka Dunba, Shakeel aka Circuit, Sajid aka LMG and Shabbir aka NaiWaseem aka Hold, Asghar aka Chota, Aslam aka Nak Chipta, Asif aka Darinda, Javed aka Ganja,Amir aka Papa, Asif aka Chitta, Majesh aka Manjala, Adil Ansari aka Pagla.
