The government lead by PML(N) has decided to reshuffle its cabinet to give representation to newly elected senators.

According to PML(N) sources, the cabinet reshuffle will be done to adjust collation parties in the cabinet.

It is also said that MQM, which has eight Senators, might get Deputy Chairman’s slot if it extended support to the ruling party.

Following the upper house election, PPP got the majority with 27 Senators, PML-N’s 26.
