Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique, on a Twitter account, said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is ready to meet Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan but denied making such statement later.
Confirming the meeting in a tweet, Rafique said the PM will meet Imran Khan despite the foul language that the PTI chief had used against him.
However, the Railways Minister denied the statement later and said that he does not have an account on the social media website.
It should be noted that Nawaz Sharif has called a key meeting of Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) to discuss the ongoing political scenario of Pakistan. Key leaders of the party are expected to attend the party session today.
Long marches of PTI and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) have entered in the Red Zone area of Islamabad and the protesters are currently in camped in front of the National Assembly in a bid to overthrow the govt.
