Pakistan today lodged a protest with Afghanistan over cross-border militant fire, which left one soldier killed.
“A strong protest has been lodged with the Charge d’ Affaires of Afghanistan over another cross-border attack by terrorists today”, the Foreign Office said in a statement on Friday.
The Pakistani soldier embraced martyrdom due to sniper fire from the Afghan side of the border at a military post near Ghakhai Pass in Bajaur Agency.
