Former President Pervez Musharraf failed to appear in the hearings of Judges Detention Case and treason case on Friday (today).
ATC Judge Ateeq-ur-Rehman heard the Judges Detention Case in Islamabad. Musharraf failed to appear in the hearing today despite the orders of the court.
The judge expressed anger and asked that why the accused did not come to the court on which defence lawyer said that his client was absent in the hearing as he is ill.
A petition was filed pleading the court to grant permanent exemption from the hearings due to his illness and security reasons.
