Islamabad, Pakistan, will see the Islamabad High Court hear a petition on Monday regarding the closure of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan’s X account, according to the case schedule.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will preside over the hearing. Adiala Jail authorities have submitted their response, while the court has directed other parties to file replies.
Senior lawyer Salman Akram Raja is representing the former prime minister in the case.
The court had earlier allowed Raja to meet Imran Khan for consultation, but the meeting did not take place despite court orders.
During the previous hearing in February, the court sought final arguments and adjourned proceedings until the first week of May.

Lawyers Zafarullah Khan and Ali Bukhari appeared before the bench at the previous hearing. Bukhari informed the court that Raja was unwell and could not attend.
The bench also questioned jail authorities for failing to arrange a meeting with Imran Khan despite its directions.
The petitioner’s counsel said they were ready to argue but required access to their client for proper consultation.
The bench said clarity was needed on whether responses would be filed by Imran Khan or his party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, before further proceedings.
Separately, Aleema Khan said Imran Khan’s health was deteriorating and urged that he be shifted to Shifa International Hospital in the presence of his family for medical care.
