Addressing party workers after national flag hoisting ceremony in Rawalpindi, Federal Information Minister Pervez Rasheed asked, Imran Khan, Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain and Dr. Tahirul Qadri to guarantee peace during their protest movements and make sure no breakdown of law and order in their ‘agitation’.
Rasheed said Pakistan was acquired after democratic struggle. Our elders did not resort to long marches, rather they opted for legal procedure instead of road agitation to get their demands accepted.
Rasheed also claimed that no one would resign on Imran Khan’s desire and Ch. Shujaat, Imran Khan and Sheikh Rasheed are pursuing the line of Pervez Musharraf.
