Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan ruled out any further talks with the government in the wake of deadly police crackdown on “peaceful” protesters.
Khan explained that he decided to march toward Prime Minister House after Tahir ul Qadri assured that there would be no violence. “Had I relied upon martial law, I would have done it a long ago,” he said.
The PTI chairman urged his supporters to gear up for crackdown from government.
He claimed that 20 people were killed and more than 500 were wounded in police shelling on demonstrators. “We will lodge an FIR against Nawaz Sharif and “Field Martial’ Chaudhry Nisar,” he added.
