Indian pop singer Sukhbir Singh who was stopped at the Allama Iqbal airport by the airport authorities in Lahore en-route to Dubai claimed that he was carrying the permissible amount with him.
Singh in a statement on his tweeter account clarified on August 9, he had flight at 11 am from Lahore to Dubai and he was only carrying the permissible amount of USD 10,000.
He appreciated the airport authorities for their corporation.
