GILGIT, Gilgit-Baltistan: Chief Minister Amjad Hussain inaugurated the Gilgit-Baltistan Citizen Complaint Cell on Tuesday to speed up public grievance handling and improve basic services.
The chief minister opened the facility at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat on August 11. He said residents could submit complaints at any time for action by the relevant departments.
Amjad said the system would focus on legitimate complaints from remote and underdeveloped communities. The administration designed the service to give these residents easier access to regional departments, he added.
