A three-member special bench headed by Justice Faisal Arab started hearing the case against former President Pervez Musharraf today.
Maqsood ul Hassan, a member of the FIA investigation team recorded his statement in the special court hearing Article-VI case against former president Pervez Musharraf.
While recording statement Maqsood ul Hassan said that the inquiry team after collecting papers had come to the conclusion that a case of violating the constitution can be registered against Pervez Musharraf.
He further clarified, that the investigation team has already dispatched its report to the ministry of interior.
