Troubled super model Ayyan Ali has filed yet another contempt court of petition for not removing her name from the exit control list (ECL).
The Supreme Court accepted the plea for hearing. Two-member bench headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan will take up the case on April 25.
In the petition, Ayyan has made the interior secretary, the Federal Investigation Agency and the Federal Board of Revenue as respondents.
Ayyan has pleaded the court to issue stern orders against the respondents who failed to take off her name from the ECL.
