Sindh government on Friday removed Karachi police chief Ghulam Qadir Thebo from his post.
According to sources, AIG Mushtaq Meher has been appointed as the new police chief of Karachi whereas Thebo has been appointed as the Chairman Anti-Corruption Unit.
DG Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) Manzoor Qadir Kakar who is on long leaves has also been sacked while Administrator Saqib Soomro has also been removed from his post.
