Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior reportedly underwent a Vinicius Jr chin procedure in Goiânia, Brazil, following his national team’s exit from the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Brazilian media described the treatment as chin harmonisation, a cosmetic procedure intended to alter the contours of the chin and jawline. Photographs taken after the appointment circulated widely online this week.
Reports identified dermatologist Alessandro Alarcão as the practitioner who performed the treatment. Several outlets reported that he travelled from Miami for the appointment, although Vinicius has not publicly confirmed the details of the procedure.
Chin harmonisation generally involves injectable fillers rather than traditional surgery. Any visible swelling shortly after treatment may subside during recovery, so the final result may differ from the initial images.
The appointment followed Brazil’s 2-1 defeat by Norway in the World Cup Round of 16, the five-time champions’ earliest elimination since 1990. Vinicius scored four goals during the tournament.
