Singer-songwriter Taylor Swift claimed Spotify’s top four global chart positions with the new tracks from “The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore”. “Patient Zero” led the debut with 13.7 million streams.
The expanded edition arrived on Friday. Its chart performance put every new song above the rest of the global ranking in its debut tracking period.
“Cleveland!” entered at number two with 9.62 million streams. “Pink Clouding” followed in third place with 8.78 million streams, while “Babylon” took fourth with 8.41 million streams.
Swift’s lead track also set a separate streaming benchmark. Spotify said it became the most-streamed song by a female artist in a single day so far in 2026.
That distinction covers this year’s daily streams, rather than an all-time record for the platform.

At 36, the Grammy-winning artist has extended her Showgirl release with deluxe songs. The Encore edition expands her 2025 album, “The Life of a Showgirl”.
