Islamabad: Petition has been filed in Supreme Court (SC) seeking disqualification of Rehman Malik, from senate seat and preventing him from attending senate and committee meetings.
Petition has been filed by Mehmood Akhtar Naqvi. The petitioner has taken plea in his petition, that apex court has already remarked that Rehman Malik is not Sadiq and Ameen. Senator Rehman Malik has not returned the facilities availed by him from 2008 to 2012.
