Pakistani model and actor Saheefa Jabbar Khattak responded to her critics on Instagram after users challenged her comments on women’s rights, personal freedom and moral policing.
The actor shared several critical messages on her Instagram Story. Some users accused her of exaggerating social issues and portraying Pakistan negatively.
Saheefa said she felt exhausted by constant mockery, degradation and attempts to police women’s clothing, opinions and lifestyle choices.
She argued that such comments do not remain harmless. Instead, she said repeated judgment helps normalise misogyny and hostility toward women.
Saheefa also linked moral policing to wider social harm. She said a culture that judges and controls women can fuel discrimination and violence over time.
