Rawalpindi Police registered a double murder case after armed suspects allegedly abducted and killed two young men in Pir Mehr Ali Shah Town over a Rs1,300 financial dispute.
The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of Dhamial Police Station in Rawalpindi, Punjab, where unidentified armed suspects allegedly targeted the victims after an argument.
Police identified the victims as 25-year-old Siraaj and Zain. Officials shifted their bodies to a local hospital for legal formalities.
Police sources said Zain had no direct personal dispute with the attackers, who allegedly targeted him because of Siraaj’s conflict.

Investigators said the attackers tortured Zain, tied him to a motorcycle and dragged him through the streets before dumping his body outside a house.
Officials said police registered a case at Dhamial Police Station and launched raids to trace and arrest the suspects.

In a separate Rawalpindi street crime case, police said they arrested Sabeel, who allegedly assaulted and robbed a young girl.
Police said a team formed by SSP Operations Tariq Mehmood used CCTV footage to make the arrest. Officers also recovered stolen mobile phones and the victim’s bag.
