” Pakistan will not become part of any proxy war and the government is following the policy of non-interference in internal affairs of other countries” said Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid while talking to reporters after the launch of a Media Commission report here on Wednesday.
He said some elements were trying to defame Pakistan by spreading rumours.
“Neither any country has asked for deployment of Pakistan Army troops, nor we are sending them to any country,” he said, adding that the armed forces were performing their constitutional duties in the country.
