A PAF trainer aircraft crashed near Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, martyred both pilots on board during a routine training sortie on Monday, ISPR said.
The Inter-Services Public Relations identified the pilots as Flight Lieutenant Muhammad Qasim Abdullah of the Pakistan Air Force and Lieutenant Taha Abbasi of the Pakistan Navy.
A Pakistan Air Force PAC MFI-395 Super Mushshak aircraft has unfortunately crashed today morning in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, after developing technical faults while on a training flight.

The military’s media wing said Air Headquarters has formed a board of inquiry to determine the cause of the crash.
Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Asim Munir expressed grief over the loss of lives, along with the services chiefs and all ranks of the Pakistan Armed Forces.
The statement said the armed forces extended condolences to the families of the martyred pilots.
