KARACHI, Sindh: The Mir Raza Ali inquiry has opened dedicated WhatsApp and email channels for members of the public to share information about the case, the Judicial Commission announced.
The commission said citizens can send information via WhatsApp at 0321-3850899 or email commission_mrc@shc.gov.pk.
The commission, headed by Sindh High Court Justice Omar Sial, urged anyone with information about Mir Raza Ali’s death to contact investigators directly.
During proceedings on August 28, 2026, the commission decided that newspaper advertisements would also be published to seek information from potential witnesses or others familiar with the case.

Justice Sial said a Rs100,000 reward would be offered for information considered significant to the investigation.
The commission also ordered notices to be placed at the location where Mir Raza’s body was found in an effort to identify eyewitnesses or other people who may hold relevant information.
Mir Raza was reported missing on July 28. His body was recovered the following day in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, according to the supplied material.
The commission has asked the public to submit any relevant information through the newly announced channels as its inquiry continues.
