LAHORE, Punjab: Motorists can now seek a Lahore e-challan review online if they believe a traffic fine was issued incorrectly.
The Lahore Traffic Police announced that the review request can be submitted through the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) e-challan portal. This allows motorists to contest disputed challans without visiting a traffic police office.
Drivers must first open the official PSCA e-challan portal and enter the required information to locate the relevant challan.
After opening the challan, motorists can examine the recorded details. They can then select the “Review” option if they believe the violation or fine is incorrect.
Applicants must then provide the information requested by the portal and submit the review application electronically.

The relevant authorities will examine the complaint and the challenged e-challan before reaching a decision. The applicant will be informed once the review process has been completed.
Lahore Traffic Police said motorists who encounter difficulty using the online system can seek assistance through its helpline at 0322-5638888.
The service allows residents to raise disputes remotely. In addition, it reduces the need for motorists to visit traffic police offices merely to seek reconsideration of a contested e-challan.
