An Instagram account that highlighted the flight estimated its cost at about $3,000, prompting users to question the expense and environmental impact of such a short journey. The cost figure is an external estimate, not a disclosed operating expense from Jenner or her representatives.
Flight-tracking services associate aircraft registration N810KJ with Jenner, but tracking data records the plane’s movements, not its passengers. No one has confirmed that Jenner was personally aboard the flight.
Some social media users also noted that short private-jet movements can involve repositioning an aircraft between airports rather than transporting its owner.
