KARACHI: A Karachi house robbery in Gadap City left a family hostage Monday as eight armed robbers escaped with 150 tolas of gold and Rs2.5 million cash.
According to reports, the robbers arrived on four motorcycles. They entered the house through the back door before overpowering the occupants.

The suspects also took other valuable belongings from the house. They fled the scene before police arrived.
Police were expected to record statements from the family and examine nearby CCTV footage. Investigators were looking into the escape route used by the motorcycle-borne suspects.
