A video of the Israeli soldier who shot a Palestinian man at point-blank range in Huwara, south of the city of Nablus.
A video of the event released online shows the soldier grappling with the Palestinian man before drawing and firing four bullets from his weapon.
The Palestinian’s upper torso was struck, and he collapsed. While on the ground, the Israeli soldier fires two more bullets.
An Israeli commander commented on the incident and said that the soldier behaved as expected of any soldier or officer.
