Initial report into the brutal clash between protesters and police at Prime Minister House, Islamabad was presented to the PM Nawaz Sharif today.
According to report presented to the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, it was said tear gas was used to disband protesters. The incident of clash between the protestors and police took place when they tried to storm the President House.
Report added that the police used force to protect state institutions.
Security to other state institutions and sensitive buildings has also been beefed up following the brutal clash between protesters and police.
