Brooke Hogan raised new questions about Hulk Hogan’s death records, claiming she cannot access her father’s autopsy report and alleging that a nurse present that day cannot be reached.
Hulk Hogan died in July 2025 after an acute myocardial infarction, or heart attack. His death was officially ruled as due to natural causes.
Brooke made the claims during a recent appearance on the “Bubba the Love Sponge Show.” She said a private doctor handled the autopsy and suggested she may be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement before viewing the report.

Brooke further alleged that the nurse who was present on the day Hogan died has “disappeared” and cannot be contacted. She said the nurse and Sky were the only other people present that day.
