ATHENS: Greek authorities evacuated all 29 people from a vehicle ferry after a Greece ferry fire broke out off Mykonos on Friday, the coast guard said.
Five coast guard vessels and two firefighting speedboats assisted the operation. Rescuers brought 28 crew members and one passenger to safety.
Blue Star Ferries, which owns the vessel, confirmed that nobody was injured. Crew members continued working to extinguish the fire after the evacuation.
